We are looking for an experienced manager of mental health urgent and emergency care services to join our mental health urgent and emergency care teams as Service Manager.
The post involves working across a wide range of mental health urgent care services providing senior operational management and leadership. The post involves working with a number of system partners (acute Trust, Police, Ambulance, 3rd sector) and the postholder will be skilled in forming and maintaining effective working relations across the local system and beyond.
The post will suit an innovative and creative thinker who can continually identify opportunities for service development, efficiency and improvement, involving service users and other stakeholders at each step. Mental health urgent care continues to be an area of significant growth and expansion with genuine opportunity for the post holder to influence (in conjunction with others) the shape and quality of the overall service offer. The work is dynamic, stimulating and rewarding.
