About Henffordd Gardens: This is one of our Extra Care Schemes. This service predominantly supports the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain independence.

About Pump Piece: This service supports individuals with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) and Mild Learning Disabilities. We recognize each person as an individual and provide a person-centred, tailored service. The role promotes independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of support. We offer a safe and secure home where people with PMLD can live independently with the necessary support.

Position: Service Manager As the Service Manager at both services, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional care and services in our community. Your responsibilities include:

• Leadership: Leading a dedicated team of care workers, ensuring personalized support and fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence.
• Individualized Care: Collaborating with care workers to tailor services to residents' unique needs, whether daily assistance or round-the-clock support.
• Quality Assurance: Maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and safety through regular assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Community Engagement: Engaging with residents, families, and local partners to create a warm and inclusive community atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Leadership: Experience managing a team and inspiring exceptional care delivery.
• Empathy: Understanding the importance of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
• Organizational Skills: Managing responsibilities and priorities effectively.
• Healthcare Background: Experience working with vulnerable adults.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 qualification is advantageous; a Registered Manager is preferred.
