Job Title: Service Manager – Specialist Neurorehabilitation Service
Salary: Up to £49,440 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday – Friday
Location: Crawley
Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a specialist provider of neurorehabilitation services in their search for an experienced Service Manager to lead one of their well-established residential services for adults with acquired brain injuries.
This service provides tailored neurorehabilitation in a supportive residential environment, delivered by a passionate and highly skilled multidisciplinary team including rehabilitation support workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and therapists.
The aim is to empower to regain independence and reach their individual rehabilitation goals, with a strong emphasis on community integration and person-centred care.
The Opportunity
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational and clinical aspects of the service to ensure high standards of care and compliance are maintained. This role offers a chance to drive quality improvement, lead a dedicated team, and support the delivery of evidence-based neurorehabilitation.
You will also play a key role in future-proofing the service, managing change, and building positive relationships with external stakeholders such as commissioners and referrers.
