Service Manager - Specialist Brain Injury Rehabilitation

Location: Llanelli

Salary: Up to £49,990 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced Service Manager for our private clients neuro site in Llanelli on a permanent basis.

You'll take overall responsibility for the effective leadership and management of their Llanelli service. You'll ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred neurorehabilitation, lead a multidisciplinary team, and play a key role in developing their service.

Key Responsibilies:

  • Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Managing staff performance, recruitment, training, and development.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting statutory obligations.
  • Overseeing budgets, financial systems, and resources.
  • Driving business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensuring person-centred support plans and reviews are in place.
  • Acting as a key ambassador for Brainkind with stakeholders, referrers, and commissioners.

Requirements:

  • QCF (NVQ) Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of statutory regulations and residential care best practice.
  • Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in budget management and financial accountability.
  • Confident in handling HR processes including supervision, appraisals, and managing performance.
