Voyage Care Ltd is recruiting a Service Manager for a small, well-established residential service in the Bracknell area, supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, brain injuries and complex needs. This settled service has an experienced staff team in place, offering an excellent platform for a confident manager to build, grow and lead with purpose.

This hands-on leadership role requires taking ownership, with support from an experienced operational leadership

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in adult social care.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• A strong understanding of CQC requirements and quality frameworks.
• A values-led approach, with the ability to inspire and support your team.
