The Rehabilitation and Therapies team at Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospital is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dynamic Service Manager to work across the directorate on different sites - Royal Brompton, Harefield, and St Thomas'. This is an exciting time to join as we transform pathways within the Heart, Lung, and Critical Care Clinical Group, part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Our directorate is committed to clinical transformation and innovation, offering opportunities to drive change.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, involving managing the A&C team, supporting Therapy Leads, and the DMT.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in operational management, leadership skills, and a commitment to patient care and performance delivery. Extensive experience in administration assurance and workforce management is essential.
