Job summary

Rise Technical are seeking a Service Manager (Manufacturing / Industrial) for a senior role. The position offers ownership of a small service team, full training into PLCs and a package including a company vehicle, fuel card, laptop and phone.

Office based with occasional travel to customer sites and commutable from multiple towns in the region. You will lead breakdown responses, oversee engineer workloads and contract management while advancing into further PLC/automation training and career

Qualifications

• Experience in a service management or team leader role within engineering/manufacturing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small service team, scheduling service contracts and breakdowns.
• Office based with travel to support engineers and customers on site.
• Oversee RAMS, stock/tools management, and customer site support.
