Nottingham City Council seeks a passionate and experienced Service Manager for their Leaving Care Service. This pivotal leadership role focuses on enhancing the lives of care leavers while working across various integrated services. Applicants should have a Social Work qualification and experience in leading services, committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children.

Working hours:Full time 37 hours per week
Salary: Starting Salary is £54,971 (Level one) rising to £58,261(Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our innovative Leaving Care Service as aService Manager, reporting to the Head of Service for Children in Care and Care Leavers.
This key leadership role involves working across our Children's Integrated Services and with partner agencies to enhance outcomes for young people transitioning from care. This is a pivotal moment in our improvement journey, offering you the chance to shape services for care leavers.
Our Care Leavers are some of our most vulnerable children, and we are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about improving their lives, has high aspirations for their future, and understands the unique challenges they face.
