Qualifications

Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Service Manager to lead and develop a high-quality service for individuals with learning disabilities. This role combines hands-on leadership with a commitment to empowering people to live independent and fulfilling lives.

What We re Looking For:
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities

  • NVQ Level 3 or QCE Level 5 (or willingness to obtain)

  • Understanding of safeguarding, DoLS, and positive risk-taking
