Are you an experienced leader in adult social care with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism? We’re working with a well-established care provider to recruit a Service Manager to oversee a registered service based in Oxfordshire.

The Role
As Service Manager, you will:
- Lead a team of dedicated support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and organisational policies
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity for all individuals supported
- Manage budgets, staffing, and service development
- Build strong relationships with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience managing services for adults with learning disabilities/autism
- Holds a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable)
- Is a confident, compassionate leader with a values-driven approach
- Can manage resources effectively and ensure quality across services
- Is innovative, resilient, and able to adapt to a dynamic care environment
