Job description

We are looking for a Service Manager inspired by our ethos, to run our specialised Holiday Support service for children with complex medical needs. This service operates during school holiday periods (excluding Christmas and New Year) from Monday to Thursday, providing care for children aged 5-18 years at Oaklands School, Edinburgh. The role involves assuming the position of Registered Manager, as the service is registered with the Care Inspectorate.

Role Overview

The Improvement Lead will support the Head of Service and Head of Partnerships in ensuring effective evaluation, quality assurance, and continuous development across all services throughout the year.
