A specialised care service provider in Edinburgh seeks a Service Manager to lead their Holiday Support service for children with complex medical needs. You will oversee operations, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. We are looking for a Service Manager inspired by our ethos, to run our specialised Holiday Support service for children with complex medical needs. This service operates during school holiday periods (excluding Christmas and New Year) from Monday to Thursday, providing care for children aged 5-18 years at Oaklands School, Edinburgh. The role involves assuming the position of Registered Manager, as the service is registered with the Care Inspectorate.
The Improvement Lead will support the Head of Service and Head of Partnerships in ensuring effective evaluation, quality assurance, and continuous development across all services throughout the year.
