This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise with fire alarm systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to high-profile clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a small team of fire alarm service engineers, ensuring outstanding customer service, liaising with high-end clients to meet their specific fire safety requirements, and capitalising on any commercial opportunities for service contracts, compliance, process improvements, budget and resource management, and reporting and documenting all service records and reports.

The successful applicant can expect a basic salary of £(negotiable) plus car/allowance, commission, and a benefits package.
