Radis Community Care are actively recruiting for a Service Manager to join the team at Caroline Square, King William Street, Portsmouth.

About Caroline Square

Caroline Square in Portsmouth is an extra care scheme offering independent living for retirees, with on-site care and a range of facilities. It's located near the historic harbor and waterfront and provides 43 one and two-bedroom flats, along with amenities like a hairdressing salon, gardens, and a restaurant.

About the Role

As a Service Manager you will be Registered with CQC and would be responsible for

  • Supporting on-site teams to ensure they have everything they need to complete their duties
  • Working alongside Social Services, Contract Commissioners and other Health professionals to ensure all contractual requirements are met
  • Conducting service monitoring to ensure a high level of care is being delivered
  • Completing support functions such as Payroll, Recruitment and other key activities
  • Liaising with clients and their families to ensure they are happy with the service they receive
  • Ensuring all CQC requirements are met

About You

We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about delivering high standards of quality care that we would all want our own families to receive. You would have at least 2 years experience in the Health & Social Care Sector with previous Management Experience as well as ideally working towards your NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social care or already gaining the level 5 qualification.
