Are you a Service Manager/ Department Manager or Engineering Manager who is looking for a high status position whereby you will lead and champion an Engineering department, whilst driving business and employee growth, within a rapidly expanding drinks and beverages equipment company who are industry leaders within the UK?

Do you want to work in a role that gives you the autonomy to manage and run an Engineering/ Service team, in a company going from strength to strength, in which you will play a vital role in company operations, with the added benefit of a profit share scheme within the company, with the further benefit of flexible company holidays and other company benefits?

On offer is the exciting opportunity to become a key player in an industry-leading provider of beverage equipment, who operate across the whole of the UK, working with big name clients such as BrewDog and Fuller's brewery.

This role involves managing and running the company's Servicing/ Engineering department, planning company projects, ensuring the company has the right resources for great performance, ensuring health and safety compliance, and liaising with external clients/ suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

The Role

• Managing the company's Service/ Engineering department
• Planning and executing company projects from start to finish
• Ensuring overall smooth and effective Service/ Engineering operations

The Person

• Service/ Engineering manager or similar
• Experience managing and leading a team of Engineers
• Commutable distance to Silverstone (Northampton)
