Part-time, 21 or 28 hours per week

Mind in Brighton and Hove empowers and supports people who have experience of mental health issues in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex. Our Advocacy Services take action to help people express their wishes, secure their rights, represent their interests, and access necessary services.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic manager to support, develop, and manage staff delivering high-quality mental health advocacy services and ensure services reflect best practices. You will work closely with other agencies, deliver services in partnership, and identify opportunities for service development.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to advocacy services, and experience in managing and delivering mental health services with a client-focused approach.
