Salary: Starting Salary is £56,730 (Level one) rising to £60,125 (Level four) 'pro rata for part-time’

The Street Cleansing Service Manager plays a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality, best-value services that reflect Nottingham City Council’s commitment to putting citizens first. Responsible for both the strategic direction and operational management of street cleansing activities, the manager ensures that adopted public spaces and communal areas are maintained to exemplary standards of cleanliness and safety. The role also involves proactive engagement with stakeholders to address concerns in unadopted areas, supporting the Council’s environmental sustainability and community well-being goals. Working collaboratively with Waste, Greenspace, and Highway services, the manager drives integrated service delivery while navigating the complexities of a politically sensitive landscape to meet the diverse needs of Nottingham’s neighbourhoods.
