A community support service provider in Flintshire is seeking a Service Manager to oversee operations and support for individuals with learning disabilities. This role involves team leadership, fostering relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Candidates should have relevant experience and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care. Role: Service Manager
Location: Flintshire and Denbighshire
Hours: Full time 37 hours per week. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep-ins
Salary: £32,669pa and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 45p per mile
Contract: Permanent

As Service Manager you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the support service as well as proactively engaging with the continued development of the service. You’ll provide motivational leadership and direction to your team, enabling them to provide quality, person centred support to the people we support. You’ll enjoy building positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action.
You’ll carry out frequent reviews of the support requirements provided, including service delivery plans, support plans, progress log and risk assessments following the principles and practices of person-centred and relationship-centred Active Support. You’ll manage a team of support workers with responsibility for all aspects of team management and development as well as encouraging and coaching them to creatively problem solve and develop.
Above all else your focus will be on achieving the highest levels of support and independence for the people we support to make everyday remarkable.
