Job Title: Service Manager

Role Type: Permanent

Salary: GBP35,000 + GBP4,800 car allowance

Location: Plymouth & Paignton

Hours: 37.5 Mon-Fri (Two Tiered on-call 1 in 3)

In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of 16-18 year olds across two provisions, earning a competitive salary of GBP35,000 per annum. Provide managerial support across properties in Plymouth & Paignton, overseeing 8 staff members who support 8 service users.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, management, or customer service
  • Certification in service management or related discipline is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in the service industry or a customer-facing role is advantageous
Essential:
