You will ensure the smooth running of operations, manage performance, and deliver high-quality care. The ideal candidate has experience with Adults with Learning Difficulties and holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Social Care. The role offers a pay rate of £20.00 per hour plus holiday pay.

Service Manager - Supported Living Accommodation - Gloucestershire

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Manager to work across a small handful of Supported Living services around Stroud and Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

Location: Gloucestershire

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (3- 6 months)

On-call duty management

Rate of Pay: £20.00 per hour + holiday pay PAYE

About the role:

  • As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of services, adhering to set KPI's, and delivery
  • Liaising with internal and external housing landlords
