A community health service provider in Oldham is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the Sexual Health Hub. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure high-quality services while advocating for community health. This full-time position offers a salary of £40,000 and various employee benefits, including wellness support and career development opportunities.
The role of Service Manager involves working closely with the senior team, General Manager, and Clinical Lead to effectively manage budgets, uphold safety standards, and meet contractual and performance requirements.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership and professional development for staff, overseeing resource and budget management, and ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
The Service Manager will focus on quality improvement by monitoring service outcomes and implementing evidence-based practices. Additionally, the role involves advocating for sexual health within the community, engaging in outreach and education, fostering local partnerships, and participating in strategic planning to enhance and expand services. By prioritising a positive patient experience and continuous improvement, the Service Manager will play a crucial role in advancing public health goals.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours across the week at our Sexual Health service in Oldham, Bury and Rochdale.
