Job summary

A local charitable organization in Northern Ireland seeks a Service Manager to oversee the Domiciliary Care service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social care, hold a QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care, and possess a full driving license. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £16.07 per hour plus additional allowances, working Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities.

Job Purpose:

To assist with the effective management and the delivery of the Bryson Care Domiciliary Care service in accordance with agreed aims and objectives, best practice principles and statutory and regulatory requirements

Service Manager – Derry/LDerry

Permanent, (35 Hours)

16.07 per hour plus mileage & on-call allowance

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm & Oncall

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years paid experience of supporting older people in a domiciliary/social care setting
• QCF Level 2/3 Health and Social Care
• Full driving licence and access to a car
• Ability to provide on-call support to Care Workers outside of office hours
