Sunbelt Rentals in Scotland is seeking a Service Manager to support the Service Centre Manager and help drive performance, safety and first-class customer service.
You will lead the service team, ensure contract administration and health & safety compliance, coach staff to deliver excellence, and deputise for the Manager when required. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role within a busy, FTSE100 equipment rental business.

In the role of Service Manager you will assist the Service Centre Manager to manage all areas and aspects of a busy Service Centre, driving the business forward to ensure targets and the highest possible standards of customer satisfaction are achieved. You will be responsible for:-
