Job summary

Voyage Care in Harrow is seeking a Service Manager to lead a detached residential home supporting adults with autism and complex needs. You will oversee daily operations and inspire a high-performing team.

You’ll build relationships with families, drive quality and compliance, and create a truly person-centred culture. DBS checks and references are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive positive outcomes.

Located in Harrow, our detached residential home provides person-centred support for adults with:

• Autism
• Complex support needs

This is a service with a genuine family feel, where relationships, compassion and person-centred support are at the heart of daily life. Who We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from:

• Experienced Registered Managers seeking a fresh challenge
• Care Managers ready to step into their first registration
• Service Managers within adult social care looking for greater autonomy and development

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs, or transferable leadership experience gained within the wider social care sector or related care services.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• An understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• The ability to motivate teams and drive positive outcomes
• Confidence building relationships with stakeholders, families and professionals
