Our leading Financial Services client are looking for a talented and motivated IT Service Management Lead to take ownership of the Service Relationship Management, Service Design and Transition, and Service Level Management within the organisation.

The role plays a critical function within EMEA and is responsible for the processes and technology used to plan, deliver and support IT services. This function is responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in all IT Service Management Practices providing a rigorous framework for the introduction and evolution of IT Services.

This is a high profile role, where you can really make your mark. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills / experience is essential:

  • IT Service Management background
  • Strong understanding of ITIL
  • Background in ITSM
  • Previously worked in a large, complex organisation
  • Previously worked with 3rd parties / vendors
  • Excellent communication skills
