Position: Service Management Analyst
Salary: £35,000-£45,000
Location: London - 2 days per week
We are representing a globally renowned brand operating within the media industry, seeking a Service Management Analyst to join their central Service Management & Service Governance team. You will work within this small, specialized team as part of the wider Technology function.
The role focuses on ServiceNow administration and development to enhance operational excellence. You will leverage a comprehensive understanding of Service Management processes, with a particular emphasis on Asset and Configuration Management.
Your responsibilities will include developing service offerings, catalog items, and workflows within ServiceNow for deployment by the development team.
