  • Ensuring Tesco sites are safe and operational for customers and colleagues.
  • Following the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fixes and maximize productivity.

  • Sharing best practices and knowledge with team members.

  • Driving your own monthly 1-2-1 schedule with your line manager.
  • Utilizing mobile devices to enhance work practices and updates.

  • Attending meetings and providing feedback.
  • Supporting KPI delivery through practical skills and system use.

Operational Skills:

  • ONC or equivalent qualification
  • Full driving license
  • Health & Safety awareness
  • Effective communication & stakeholder management
  • Office 365 proficiency
  • Completion of relevant technical training modules

Relevant Experience:

  • Experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction environments
  • Comfortable operating mobile devices and business systems
  • Relevant qualification in Mechanical work
