Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

With experience in health or social care, you will have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting people to engage with their community. You will have experience supporting individuals with behaviors that require intensive support planning to ensure safety and quality of life. You should be comfortable using basic IT systems, and training can be provided. A professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3, Care Management Level 3) is required.
