As a Service Leader in our catering department, you will be responsible for leading shifts to ensure the team delivers the best service to our customers and maintains brand standards. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you should be capable of managing a high-volume environment with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be passionate about our offerings, champion our homemade products, and ensure that through knowledgeable colleagues, our customers receive the unique and delightful experience we are known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively leading your shift, managing and supporting your colleagues, ensuring they are deployed in line with customer demand, and responding appropriately to any colleague or customer matters as required.
- Ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service and brand standards.
- Ensuring all daily and weekly procedures are carried out and company standards are maintained at all times.
- Supporting the training of new colleagues through their induction, refresher courses, and other relevant training.
We are looking for Service Leaders who can lead and motivate a team daily in a fast-moving environment. Great communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential, along with high standards of excellence in food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Experience leading a team in a high-volume catering environment is advantageous, but we are also interested in candidates from catering backgrounds looking to step into a Service Leader role.
