A leading catering company in Penrith is seeking a Service Leader to manage shifts and ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in a fast-paced catering environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supporting colleague training, and maintaining brand standards. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to enhance customer experiences.
As a Service Leader in our catering department, you will be responsible for leading shifts to ensure the team is delivering the best service to our customers and ensuring brand standards are always in place. In this hands-on customer-facing role, you’ll be competent to manage a high-volume environment with a positive, can-do approach. You will be passionate about our offer, champion our home-made products, and ensure through your knowledgeable colleagues that our customers receive the unique and delightful experience that we are known for.

We are looking for Service Leaders who have the ability to lead and motivate a team on a daily basis in a fast-moving environment. Great communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential, as well as high standards of excellence within delivery of quality food, customer service, and cleanliness. Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment would be an advantage, although we'd also be interested to hear from those with experience in catering looking to take a step up to a Service Leader position.
