About the Role

We are seeking a Service Lead to manage and lead a team of Support Workers in delivering high-quality supported housing and housing management services to diverse service user groups, including individuals on Bail, prison leavers, and those involved with the criminal justice system. The successful candidate will ensure services meet organizational, contractual, and financial targets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of support planning, safeguarding, and experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs such as substance misuse, physical and mental health issues, and housing support. You should be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively, supporting your team, and maintaining strong relationships with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver services in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure service quality standards are met and operational policies are adhered to.
  • Oversee support and safety plans for service users, ensuring they are current and tailored to individual needs.
  • Manage financial standards related to voids, arrears, and re-lets.
  • Act as an operational partner liaising with agencies, partners, and commissioners, establishing service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal support services such as Quality, Safeguarding, Finance, IT, and HR.
  • Promote service user involvement in service design and delivery.
  • Manage rota and on-call arrangements, ensuring appropriate support coverage, and participate in team meetings and training.
