Service Lead

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £16.02 per hour

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, quality-driven Service Lead with a proven track record of managing a team of staff, with experience in leadership and management to join our team on a full-time basis. You must be willing to adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service.

Oakwood House provides specialist-supported living accommodation for men and women with a diagnosis of learning disability or autism and associated mental health and behavioural support needs.

Coveberry, is part of the CareTech family, are a leading specialist healthcare provider, with Hospitals and centres throughout England, delivering wide ranging services in Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities, Specialist Brain Injury, Child and Adult Mental Health Services (CAMHS) including eating disorders, and social care for children with special needs

We are seeking a candidate with previous experience working in mental health that will collaborate with senior management, have strong leadership skills and is self-motivated and ambitious. You will have a good understanding of CQC regulations and be able to recognise the need for referral to statutory bodies (safeguarding, DoLS, MHA, MCA).
