Service Lead
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £16.02 per hour
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, quality-driven Service Lead with a proven track record of managing a team of staff, with experience in leadership and management to join our team on a full-time basis. You must be willing to adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service.

We are seeking a candidate with previous experience working in mental health that will collaborate with senior management, have strong leadership skills and is self-motivated and ambitious. You will have a good understanding of CQC regulations and be able to recognise the need for referral to statutory bodies (safeguarding, DoLS, MHA, MCA).
