Job summary

Fluke in Norwich, UK is seeking a Service Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance service lab capabilities across the global network. This lab-based role partners with Service Engineering, Metrology, Quality, Design Engineering and Operations to support NPI, calibration systems, automation, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing, test, electrical, service engineering, DFX, automation or metrology environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, software or process issues.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, engineering changes and test requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned service labs and support lab readiness for new product introductions and engineering changes.
  • Maintain and improve test systems, calibration equipment, instrumentation, service stations, and automated workflows.
  • Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement across the Fluke service network.
