We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Information Products Manager to join our Service Information team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of customer-facing transport information across South Yorkshire, helping passengers access accurate, accessible and timely information every day. You'll play a key role in shaping how customers experience public transport, supporting wider ambitions around accessibility, customer satisfaction, sustainable travel and economic growth.
Reporting to the Customer Information Manager, you will lead the team responsible for designing, managing and continuously improving customer-facing information across South Yorkshire's public transport network.
