A leading company in luxury hospitality is seeking a Service Excellence Trainer to enhance guest experiences across its renowned venues. This role involves designing and delivering engaging training while fostering a culture of service excellence to empower teams and drive revenue.
THE BAMFORD COLLECTION IS A GROUP OF CONSCIOUSLY MINDED LIFESTYLE BRANDS COMMITTED TO NOURISHING AND NURTURING PEOPLE AND PLANET.
Daylesford Stays provide experiences that embrace luxury escapism, where understated elegance, indulgence and a sense of feeling nurtured and cared for is at the heart of what we do. Each of our four luxury pubs and our cottages have been thoughtfully designed to convey a sense of its character and individuality while retaining a feeling of warmth and welcome.
Design draws from local skills, craftsmanship and architectural tradition, and our buildings have been sensitively but beautifully restored to reflect and respect their environment. Each venue captures a unique spirit and character; a chance to escape every day, to retreat to the sanctuary of a friendly pub, or experience the comfort of a home away from home.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Service Excellence Trainer, you will play a key role in elevating the guest experience across our luxury F&B venues. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver impactful training initiatives that drive service standards, empower our teams, and enhance revenue performance.
You'll champion a culture of excellence by designing and leading engaging training sessions, developing an induction programme with a supportive buddy system, and implementing a Train the Trainer model to build in-house expertise. With a focus on both service quality and commercial outcomes, you'll also deliver upsell training aimed at increasing average spend per head.
If you're passionate about people development and luxury hospitality, this role offers the perfect platform to make a lasting impact.
