A leading company in the heating and ventilation field seeks a Service Centre Manager to lead their Service Excellence Centre in Birmingham. The role focuses on enhancing service quality and managing a team, with an emphasis on technical support and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in BMS or HVAC environments and demonstrate strong leadership and IT skills.
The candidate will be responsible for leading the UK wide Service Excellence Centre, delivering remote services to customers and internal teams. This role ensures the effective operation of the SEC, driving service quality, team performance and compliance.
The successful candidate will have a background within BMS and/or HVAC and have managerial experience gained within a multi-site environment and possess strong IT skills including MS Office with emphasis on Excel
