About the Role

AsBreakdown & Technical Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring thesmooth, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the breakdown andtechnical department. Your day-to-day will involve:

KeyResponsibilities:

• Managing the daily operations ofthe Breakdown and Technical Team
• Coaching and mentoringteam members to improve technical knowledge and breakdown handling
• Liaising with depots, service engineers, customers, and 3rdparty garages
• Leading cost reduction initiatives andensuring R&M contracts are properly utilised
• Handlingcomplaint escalations and overseeing quality assessments and 1:1s
• Producing and analysing breakdown reports to identify trendsand areas for improvement
