Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Service Engineer to service and repair safes and access control systems from Bristol and the surrounding area. This Monday–Friday days-based role offers overtime, a personal-use company van, and strong progression opportunities.

You will travel across the Southwest, diagnose faults, and service locking systems while benefiting from regular training to upskill and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar.
• Experience with locking systems, access control systems or safes.
• Recognised Locksmith training.
• Commutable to Bristol with full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular service, maintenance, and repairs on safes and access control systems.
• Travel to sites across the Southwest of England.
• Diagnose faults and maintain access control systems, door entry, and electronic locking mechanisms.
• Upskill through internal and external training resources.
