Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience, Company car & Annual Company Bonus up to 5%

At Volvo Penta, we are growing and expanding, and with this growth comes an exciting opportunity for a Service Engineer in a brand-new role. You will lead product/technical support for Aftermarket operations in the UK & Ireland, providing expert guidance, problem resolution, and training for our dealers and OEM dealers. You’ll join a newly formed, experienced Volvo Penta team, reporting to the Director of Service Market – Industrial and working with two Business Development Managers and an experienced Service Engineer. As this is a brand-new role, it's your chance to define and make the role your own, shaping the future of our operations.
You are a technical expert with a passion for diagnosing and solving complex challenges in diesel engines, electrical systems, and modern engine control technologies.
