Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Service Engineer - Hydraulics based from Stroud, covering a local patch across Gloucestershire. You will service, install and maintain hydraulic systems for high-profile clients, with a focus on quality and safety.

A company van is provided and overtime opportunities exist to boost earnings. The role is field-based with regular travel to customer sites within an hour of Stroud.

Qualifications

• Hydraulics experience required.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Stroud site.
• Commutable distance to Stroud and local patch in Gloucestershire required.

Responsibilities

• Service hydraulic systems and associated equipment.
• Install, maintain and repair hydraulic machinery at customer sites.
• Travel to customer locations within an hour radius of Stroud; report to base daily.

Service Engineer - Hydraulics
£36,000 - £42,000 + Van + Overtime at x1.5 + Training + Benefits
Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00. Fridays, 8:00 - 13:00
Stroud, Gloucestershire. Commutable from: Stonehouse, Gloucester, Quedgeley, Cirencester, Cheltenham & Dursley

Are you a mechanical engineer with Hydraulics experience looking for a new role where you be split between the depot and local customers? Do you want variety, progression opportunities and the chance to significantly increase your earnings via overtime? Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my client is looking to hire a service engineer based from their site in Stroud and covering a local patch, visiting customers in the area when required. You will report to the site every morning and will be servicing a range of hydraulic systems and products between 8-5 however, if you are at a customers site outside of these hours overtime will kick in and increase your earnings. The successful candidate will be involved in the building, maintenance and installation of bespoke equipment and machinery, working with high profile clients across some of the most regulated engineering sectors such Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear and Marine.
