Service Engineer (HVAC / Heat Pumps)£40,000 - £52,000 + Company Vehicle + Overtime (x1.5 / x2) + Ongoing Training

Location: Inverness - Field Based - Covering Northern Scotland

Are you an HVAC or Heat Pump Engineer looking for the opportunity to work on prestigious projects across Scotland and Europe? (Training on Heat Pumps can be offered!) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-established, market-leading business, offering specialist industry training and career progression into various roles.

This company is a leading provider of electrical, mechanical, and renewable energy services in Inverness, serving commercial, industrial, and residential clients. They deliver high-quality, tailored solutions with exceptional customer service. With a strong reputation built over 30+ years, they are now expanding their team with an Engineer to provide services across Scotland.

In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration, and heat pump systems, mainly in commercial settings across the Highlands region. The role also offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration, or heat pump systems. F-Gas certification is required. NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is desirable but not essential.

The Role:
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration, or heat pump systems
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting system faults
  • Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Covering the Scotland region
The Person:
  • F-Gas Certification
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (desirable)
  • Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving License
