Service Engineer (Heavy Plant / Diesel / Farming Machinery)

£34,000 - £38,000 (OTE £50k) + 39 Hour week + Door to Door Pay + Benefits
Alnwick, Northumberland

Are you a Service Engineer or similar from a plant, farming or diesel machinery background looking for a stable role with great overtime rates to massively increase earnings? In this role you will be servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of Plant, Diesel and Agricultural machinery. You will receive expert, manufacturer accredited training on this company's core machinery to become a fully independent and autonomous Field Engineer. Also, there are progression opportunities into supervisory positions and even depot management, for highly motivated employees.

This company is a market leading manufacturer and supplier of plant and agricultural equipment in the United Kingdom. They have built a solid reputation over the last 40 years for providing the best quality equipment and have grown consistently since their start and are looking to capitalise on this growth with this recent vacancy. This role would suit a Service Engineer or similar from a Plant, Diesel or Farming machinery background looking for stable employment, great remuneration and ongoing training.

The Role:

• Attending breakdowns at client sites
• Carrying out routine maintenance, examinations, and fault finding
• Working a local patch around Dundee & Angus with door to door pay
• Optional overtime to significantly boost earnings
• Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm, early finish on Fridays

The Person:

• Service / Maintenance / Workshop Engineer or similar
• Diesel, Plant or Farming/Agricultural machinery knowledge
• UK Driving License
