Service Engineer – Agricultural Machinery

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for agricultural machinery? Wise Employment is seeking fully skilled Service Engineers to join a growing team in a well-established and expanding agricultural business.

This role is primarily Monday to Friday, with weekend work and overtime available. Benefits include:

In this varied role, you'll work on industry-leading equipment, including Massey Ferguson, performing servicing, diagnostics, and repairs both in the workshop and on-site across the Southwest.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with agricultural or similar heavy machinery
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Computer literacy for diagnostics and service reporting
• A proactive attitude with excellent time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A Full UK Driving Licence
• Commitment to high standards of Health & Safety

Preferred:

Experience or strong interest in agriculture is a plus.
