Job summary

Scarlet Selection is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to cover Kent and surrounding areas, focusing on door entry, access control and warden call systems. You will work 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with an on-call rota (1 week out of every 5) after probation.

The role offers a basic salary of £35,000 to £47,000, plus an estimated £6,000 OTE for travel and call-out. You will also receive a company van, 20 days' annual leave and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Service Engineer experience in door entry, access control or warden call systems.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Based in Kent or Sussex with travel across East and West Sussex.

Job description

A genuinely exciting Service Engineer opportunity has arisen with this leading provider of door entry, access control and warden call systems. They are looking for an experienced Door Entry/Access Control Engineer to cover the Kent area.

LOCATION

Candidates will live in the Kent or Sussex area and cover East and West Sussex and the surrounding area as a territory. Working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be on the call-out rota (once through probation) 1 week out of every 5 (and paid additionally for it).

SALARY

The basic salary is between £35,000 to £47,000 (depending on experience). OTE is approximately another £6000 on top, as overtime is earned daily for travel and then again for call out.

As Service Engineer, you will be responding to 'service calls' in and around the Kent area. Fault finding and repairing door entry systems, access control systems and warden call systems.

• Additional training will be provided if needed.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' Service Engineer experience with door entry, access control or warden call experience and have a full driving license.
