About us:

West Yorkshire Windows, part of the GBP60m+ Conservatory Outlet Group, is a market leader in the installation of conservatories, orangeries, double-glazed windows, living spaces, and doors. As we continue to grow, we re looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team in West or North Yorkshire.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Service Engineer to travel to our customers and resolve issues across the Yorkshire region. Other responsibilities include:

• Responsible for resolving issues with our windows, doors, bi-folds, orangeries, and conservatories.
• Provide excellent customer service whilst at our customers properties.
• To provide excellent quality work and be responsible for ensuring quality work is carried out at all times.
• Support the Engineering team to assist with resolving any issues as and when required.
• To ensure that your customer experience score is positive.
• Strong knowledge and experience of site Health and Safety.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in all aspects of window, door and bi-fold fitting including fitting doors and windows, conservatories, and orangeries.
• The ability to fit any miscellaneous hardware or fittings that may be required such as handles, hinges, glazing, letterboxes etc.
• Excellent product knowledge with good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify cost efficient solutions to problems.
• Good customer service skills with the ability to apply a calm and polite approach when dealing with dissatisfied customers.
• A clean driving license.
• The ability to work on your own and use your own initiative.
