Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop.
• Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively regarding any repair limitations.
• Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region.
• Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for Dingli products and services.

Requirements

• Experience as a Service Engineer in the mechanical or related industry.
• A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as required.
• Strong understanding of customer dynamics and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
