Job description

General Role Description

The Role of Service Engineer will be to complete planned preventative maintenance visits and attend remedial call outs as required.

Planned Preventative Maintenance

1. To complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
2. Document and record all assets tested and record the outcome on the correct maintenance paperwork.
3. Carry out SSA and firmware updates as required on a site-by-site basis.
4. Jobs to be completed on Job Management system in real-time.
5. All service documentation to be returned to the office upon completion of PPM’s for processing.
6. Ensure van stock is maintained at the required level and added to job sheets as used.

Service Call Outs

1. Ensure call outs are attended to in a timely manner and according to client SLA’s
2. Be part of the out of hours call out rota.

Service & Installation

1. Carry out where required service remedial small works installations.

Other

1. Carry out any other tasks as may be assigned by the Senior Management Team
