Job summary

The Fox is seeking a Forklift Service Engineer to service and repair forklifts across the Yorkshire and Humber region. You will diagnose faults, complete service reports on a PDA, and report to the Service Manager. A strong forklift background and electrical knowledge are essential, along with a professional, can-do attitude.

This permanent role offers healthcare, a pension, a bonus and a company van for personal use.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with forklifts.
• Confident electrical knowledge.
• City & Guilds in mechanics or equivalent qualification is ideal but not essential.
• Be well-organised, methodical and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the exact nature of each query and repair.
• Complete a service report for each job on a PDA system.
• Travel to customer premises around the north of England.
• Report to the Service Manager.
