Job description

Role Overview: The Security Engineer will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our blue chip customers and servicing their CCTV and Access Control systems. The role may include installation and commissioning work. The individual must be customer-focused, professional, and team-oriented, with a willingness to develop their skills and pursue training on enterprise solutions. The Security Engineer will report to the Service Delivery Manager and collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing all paperwork
  2. Ensuring customer expectations are met
  3. Maintaining quality standards
  4. Achieving KPIs related to attendance and SLA compliance
  5. Collaborating effectively within the team
  6. Problem-solving
  7. Adhering to work guidelines and standards of JCI / ISSG
  8. Presenting a professional appearance and manner
  9. Setting a positive example by following company rules and regulations
  10. Completing documentation punctually and accurately
  11. Following health & safety guidelines

Contacts:

  • External: Customers, Suppliers, Contractors
  • Internal: Service Delivery Manager, Service Desk, other departments

Qualifications: Experience with FLIR Latitude, CCure, and Genetec is preferred but not essential; demonstrated aptitude with other enterprise systems is acceptable with training provided.
