Current Opportunity:

We are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to join us at a skilled level in a division that drives the business forward by providing a best-in-class engineering service to our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Service Engineer performs preventive and corrective maintenance on STERIS/Cantel product lines and field troubleshooting primarily in their service area.

• Perform maintenance, disassembly, repair, troubleshooting, calibration, and certification of equipment using standard and specialized tools.
• Complete administrative duties including service reports, inventory management, and computer synchronization.
• Use corporate applications to handle daily activities.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, managers, and support functions.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide solutions to enhance sales and pass leads to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years industry-related experience with knowledge of washing and sterilization units.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
• Completion of recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training.
