A leading engineering firm in the United Kingdom seeks a Service Engineer to provide expert technical support and coordinate service cases. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and requires a degree in Electrical Engineering. Candidates should have experience with variable speed drives and be proficient in English. This position offers flexible working conditions and includes site visits to enhance customer relationships.
As our new Service Engineer, Drives – EMEA, you’ll play a key role in delivering world-class service and technical support to customers across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom. Your impact is fast, effective case resolution, stronger customer satisfaction, and knowledge sharing across the organization. You will work as part of our EMEA Technical Support Team within the Service Delivery Organization, collaborating closely with Sales Companies, Service Partners, and Customers, ensuring every service engagement is timely, effective, and customer focused. Preferred location: United Kingdom (Hinckley, Leicestershire office).
You’ll join a dynamic, professional, and collaborative international team that thrives on solving complex technical challenges while delivering outstanding customer service.
You will collaborate with the EMEA Technical Support Team, Service Partners, and Customers to ensure every service engagement is timely, effective, and customer-focused.
